Limitations (honest ones)

Rotation applies to whole pages — text, margins and images turn together. It cannot straighten content that was scanned at a slight angle (that is deskewing, which needs image editing). If your PDF is encrypted, unlock it first.

Is the rotation permanent or just a viewer preference?

Permanent. The /Rotate attribute is written into the saved file itself, so every reader and printer honors it.

Will rotating reduce the quality of my PDF?

No. Rotation is a transformation flag — pixels, text and vectors are untouched.

How do I rotate counter-clockwise?

Choose 270°: rotating 270° clockwise is identical to rotating 90° counter-clockwise.

Can I rotate only pages 3 and 7?

Yes — enter 3,7 in the pages field (ranges like 2-4 work too). Leave it empty to rotate everything.

My PDF viewer already shows a rotate button — why use this?

The viewer button is temporary: it disappears when the file is closed and never affects what other people see or what printers output. This tool makes it stick.
